1 Platform PC only at first 05

3 Art and modeling The agent (Claude/Hermes) models in Blender via MCP 12
4 Game name Decided in #9: Yvaldis —

10 Currency Own token; network: the most robust one for an MMORPG (analysis in 08) 08
11 Land Definition requested now; proposal in 15 (pre-sale remains open) 15
12 Activity scope "Anything goes in the game": farming and every possible activity 09

Pending (owner only)

  • Trademark check for Yvaldis (INPI/USPTO/EUIPO), together with the company setup.
  • Proof of concept deadline (budget already decided: zero cost; 20-week estimate in 35, to be confirmed).
  • When to open the company and commission the legal opinion (decided: after the proof of concept; date still missing).

Audit decisions (10/26/2026)

Owner's criterion: whatever is most correct for a sustainable economy, good gameplay and VR adaptation. What matters is gameplay; what players earn is an extra, never a substitute for work.

# Decision Where
E1 NFTs are only cosmetics, deeds, decoration, mount appearance and titles; never power. Top-tier items are bound on equip; power cap per tier and horizontal progression; a concession yields common material in volume, rare only through feats; land gives no power 08, 14, 15, 17
E2 NPC shops, player shops and auction in gold; the token market only for cosmetic NFTs and deeds; NPC raw material bound to the account; gold between players with daily cap and fee; gold never becomes token 08, 14
C1/E3/E4 Reward fund by buyback (20% of net cosmetics revenue + a share of the fee), season ≤ 80% of previous sinks, no scheduled issuance; no private round or public sale; fixed 1 billion: reserve 45%, treasury 20%, team 15%, partners 10%, testers 5%, liquidity 5%; withdrawal with monthly cap; earnings described as a small, variable extra 14, 08, 16, README, modelos/
C5 Contested zone Mina Velha (Old Mine) near Lumen, open PvP only in scheduled windows, 6 concessions (was 40) 13, 15, 20
E5 One KYC = one eligible account; reward weighted by verified play; real-time respawn with cap; anti-macro minigames; sponsored gas with cap 08, 14
E8 Concession cap per clan and per alliance; smaller alternative source for every rare material; safe arrival zones in hard places 19, 15, 20
E9 Land cap per KYC and per clan; Harberger tax with right to match an offer within 48 h on an actively used plot; activity = transactions with distinct players 15
L1 Non-custodial studio: embedded non-custodial wallet and on/off-ramp only through a licensed partner; no own withdrawal service 08, 05
L2 No sales before the legal opinion; no language about appreciation, deflation or yield; no player vote on the treasury 14, 08, 16
L4 Own launcher + Epic Games Store; Steam not planned (policy bars blockchain and NFTs; recheck) 05, 08, 16
L5 Wallet, token, market, NFT and voice only for verified 18+; minors play the full game without the economy; age rating 08, 05, 16
T1 10 thousand concurrent per world, ~500 per region server, ~100 visible in a city; clan war 50×50, alliance 100×100 instanced 05, 03, 13
T2 Two lighting profiles: full PC (Lumen) and reduced VR (baked + simple dynamic); 90 fps budget from Phase 1A 05, 12, 06
T3 Regional servers (Americas first: São Paulo + US East), < 80 ms; server validates every hit; VR hand is not trusted 05, 13
F1 Weak hordes without parry; directional parry only against elites and bosses; Phase 1A exit with metrics (death, time to kill, % readable, dropout) 17, 03, 06
F2 VR: no camera roll; dodge as a dash with vignette; knockback does not turn the camera; vehicles with stable horizon and fixed reference; teleport and snap turn; flying mount with cabin; profile per mechanic 03, 10, 17
T6 Launch with a closed subset: magic = Arcane, Nature, Elemental (fire and water) and 4 forms; alchemy = 8 essences and 5 processes; the rest in updates 18, 22, 06

Casinos

  • On hold (10/26/2026). High legal risk with token and NFTs in the economy; the analysis stays in 23, section 3, as a record only.

Owner's answers (10/26/2026, after the audit)

  • Name: requested an original name, with no owner, in English or another language; result: Yvaldis (#9). Only the trademark check at INPI/USPTO/EUIPO is missing.
  • Proof of concept (Phase 1): zero cost. Built by the current team (owner + assistant) with free tools (UE5, Blender, freely licensed assets recorded in 12). Goal: something beautiful to show.
  • Company and legal opinion: after the proof of concept. Until then, no token with real value, no sale, no airdrop.
  • Criterion for design decisions: gameplay first; sustainable economy; VR-ready. What the player earns is an extra, never a substitute for work.

Launch by chapters (10/26/2026)

  • The official launch opens one realm (Chapter 1, the Realm of Lumen); the other lands and their plots arrive through updates. See 25.

Wings (10/26/2026)

  • Wings as an extremely rare item that allows flight. Earned (not bought, not NFT, no random drop); full flight only in Chapter 6, gliding before that. See 36.
